PerlApp

PerlApp is a program written by ActiveState that allows you to package your Perl scripts into an executable application containing an interpreter and all the libraries that are needed.

It's available for HP-UX, Linux, Solaris, and Windows. It comes as part of the Perl Dev Kit that ActiveState offers, which is very nice, but it'll cost ya! As of this writing it's $195 for a single user licence. –GordonMcCreight 8-16-03
